We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor/Experienced Foreman to join the team on a Full Time basis. As a leader you will be required to manage your crew to deliver results in the field – with the support of the wider Apex Earthworks team including Management, Project Managers, Engineers and administrative staff.
As a Civil Supervisor/Experienced Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the works meet established targets and deliver a high quality outcome. You will have an eye for detail, be proactive in managing risks and troubleshooting issues and will be able to communicate effectively with work crews as well as key client stakeholders.
This role will be primarily based out of Shepparton, Vic but may also require some travel around regional Victoria.
Essential Requirements:
Experience in Civil Construction with at least 5 years in a foreman and/or supervisory capacity
Experience and tickets in the operation of an Excavator, Dozer and/or Grader desirable
Current white card
COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will need to have experience in a number of the following areas:
Road construction - Local council / VicRoads
Pipeline construction
Landfill remediation or construction
Bulk Earthworks
Rail track construction and remediation, civil works within the rail corridor (desirable but non-essential)
